Got a turkey bacon on wheat with lettuce tomato onion jalpeno creamy srirracha and ranch at 11 pm. Went to sleep at 2 am woke up at 7 with runs and vomiting. This was on a friday night, still feel infected and its sunday AM now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
