- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sinks throughout premises. Must provide and maintain.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: food(ice) not protected from contamination during storage. Observed black and brown substance in the interior contact surfaces of ice machine. Slime likely to contaminate ice for human consumption. Instructed to discontinue using ice machine until service cleaned and sanitized. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaky faucet base at the 3-compartment sink in rear dishwashing area. Must repair and maintain. Observed front exposed haand washing sink draining slow. Must repair and maintain.
