- comments: observed no paper towels stocked in front hand washing sink while employees were preparing customer food. Instructed manager to stock paper towel dispenser. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued. 7-38-030 (c). Manager provided paper towels. (cos).

- comments: observed consumer food stored with personal employee food. Instructed manager to seperate and label personal food.
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed cutting boards stored on floor. Instructed manager to wash, rinse, and sanitize cutting boards and store all items at least 6 inches off the floor.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed slow water drain in hand washing sink at the customer service station. Instructed manager to repair slow drain and keep draining system in good repair.
