I ate foot long black Forrest ham. Lettuce, spinach green bell peppers onions provolone cheese cucumbers Mayo mustard. I ate it at 12:30PM by 2:00pm. My symptoms started cold sweat no depth perception nausea by 5:45PM I was throwing up -3 times so far. Never eating that again. The sandwich tasted good when I ate it. I know it was the sandwich cause that’s what I saw in my toilet. After throwing up. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Sweating
