- comments: observed improper sanitizing of multi-use utensil at 0. 0 p. P. M. (knife)observed female food handler at 3- compartment sink wash the knife with a soapy pad inside of a small pan then rinse under running water and wipe with a paper towel ,then again she did the same with the knife without wash,rinse and sanitizing. Instructed manager on how to set up sink to wash dishes. (cos)(priority 7-38-025)(citation issued)

- comments: must repair or replace damaged exterior walk in cooler door.

- comments: must clean dust build up at lower shelving units of hot & cold units, cashier area,walk in cooler fan guard cover. Must remove ice build up from walk in freezer shelving unit.
