Yesterday, I had a ‘spicy Italian’ sub with olives, red onions, gerkin slices, jalapeños, peppers and honey and mustard sauce. Also had the nachos and potato wedges thingys. Ordered about 1pm and ate at about 1:30pm (28/06/21).Started feeling sick and getting a high temperature at 4:30 but thought nothing of it then I was severely unwell from 5pm until just gone 6 pm when I was eventually throwing up for a long time.
I could also tell it was from there because of what the vomit looked and smelled like.
I do have the receipt for proof of purchase by the way. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
