Meatball Sub Illness Report - Subway, Michigan City Indiana

May 29th at about 12:45pm I ate a ft long meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese bread. Provolone cheese, pepperoni and chipotle sauce. I started feeling sick about two hours after eating but everything truly started the next morning. I have had diarrhea, stomach cramps, vomiting and fever for two days and can’t keep anything down. I may have to go to hospital it’s so bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
