Steak Sandwich Causes Illness - Subway, Pisgah Forest North Carolina

After going all day without eating, I decided to stop in at here around 5 PM on the 16 February 2022. I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese on wheat with yellow mustard, provolone cheese, toasted then with lettuce and tomato. After eating dinner and retiring for the night, I woke up in the middle of the night with what can only can be called violent diarrhea. I did not make it to the bathroom in time. After showering and cleaning up the bathroom, I tried to go back to sleep. I woke up and found that I had again had diarrhea during the night. After my second shower and second load of laundry, I became a little worried that I’ve been poisoned somehow. I have not had diarrhea like this in at least 30 years when I was stationed in Germany in the US Army.I can only attribute this to the last thing I ate, which was their sandwich | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
