Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: The Subway sandwich with turkey ham and bacon and lettuce and tomatoes green peppers spinach maybe not wash properly
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: It's been a day and a half should I go to the doctor
After I ate the sandwich from 2:00 p.m. until I got home at 5:00 the diarrhea started and my stomach has been running off ever since feel terrible with headaches and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
