Food Safety Report: Subway, MacCorkle Avenue Southwest, Saint Albans, WV, USA

3 months ago reported by user-npdhk288 business

Subway, MacCorkle Avenue Southwest, Saint Albans, WV, USA

133 MacCorkle Avenue Southwest, Saint Albans, 25177 West Virginia, United States

Both my husband and myself had subway for lunch yesterday. We ate nothing else that day, no breakfast or dinner. I started having heartburn and nausea later that evening but my husband felt fine. We went to bed, I took some heartburn medicine hoping that would help. For 2 straight hours I burped and had small amounts of burning acid like vomit come up. I eventually had to get up and vomit. I took more heartburn medicine and tried to go to sleep. I fought throughout the night and into the morning with hot acid like vomit in my throat. My husband started feeling sick in the middle of the night and also had to vomit. We both had to vomit a second time this afternoon. We feel weak and nauseated all day today with diarrhea occasionally. He had a cold cut combo with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepper jack cheese and honey mustard on white bread. I had a BMT with mayo, lettuce, pepper jack cheese on white bread. This is really disheartening, as we eat subway 2 to 3 times per week. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Weakness
