I had a subway club loaded with garlic Aloli, lettuce, tomato, black olives, banana peppers, purple onion, and American cheese. I became violently ill hours after eating the sandwich. It was the only thing I ate that day because I practice intermittent fasting. The next day I passed blood about 10 times from my rectum. I ended up in the ER that night.
