I bought a 6 inch tuna sub on white bread with American cheese tomato bell pepper and pickles at 2:05 pm and I ask the line server if they made the tuna or was it sent in- She toll me they made it fresh at the store . Around 4:15 I started feeling bad stomach hurting, head hurting, nausea, cold then can diarrhea. Called store to report this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
