Flatbread Causes Illness - Subway, Lake Mills Wisconsin

December 29th, 2021. I went there and ordered a 6 inch flatbread spicy italian with pepper jack cheese, toasted with spinach (which i got instead of lettuce because the bin of lettuce that they had in the bane appeared to be almost all brown and very unappetizing.), black olives, onions, green peppers, a few pickles, one line of yellow mustard and one line of honey mustard. I also noticed that the white american cheese was almost gray in color so I stayed clear of that. I should have just turned around and left but I thought that as long as I got items that LOOKED fresh I would be okay. The very next day I had a terrible case of food poisoning. I had to call off of work two days in a row because I was in pain. I couldn't even fall asleep, due to spending most of the day in the bathroom. It was terrible. I will definitely not be going back anytime soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
