Thursday April 21, 2016 7:06 pm. I ate a 6 inch Subway Chicken Teriyaki sandwich with provolone cheese, lettuce, onion on white bread with sweet onion sauce. 45 minutes later I became nauseous, then developed diarrhea, headache, fever, diziness and cold chills. This lasted for more than two days. I have experienced fatigue as well. All symptoms of food poisoning.
