On Saturday 4/7/18 I had 6 in. Italian herb and cheese with roasted chicken breast, American cheese, toasted, spinach, cucumbers, pickles, ranch dressing and chipotle southwest. Fountain drink-mellow yellow. Raspberry cheesecake cookie and a macadamia nut cookie. Part of the chicken seemed rubbery. Two hours later I had severe stomach cramps then started projectile vomiting, a couple of times. I felt I’ll the rest of the day and the next morning I was shitting blood. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
