Ate a 12" spicy italian today for lunch with pepper jack cheese. Vegetables were spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, green peppers, banana peppers, jalapenos. Plus vinegar and brown mustard. Major stomach pains within 2 hours including several rounds of diarrhea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
