My husband was violently ill for 3 days after eating lunch from Subway. He had a steak sandwich on herb & cheese bread with lettuce and chipotle sauce. The chipotle sauce appears to share ingredients with mayo, which is frequently the source of illness when it is left out or has too many temperature changes. This is the sickest he's ever been. He also became severely dehydrated. I would have taken him to a clinic but he was so sick he didn't even want to go there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
