Hello. Yesterday I purchased 3 San which es, and shared half of my footling with my sister and only her and myself got food poisoning from the sandwich. It was a flatbread, spicy Italian style. With spinach, onion, tomato, cucumber, banana peppers, and chipotle with mayo dressing. Appx 3 hours later being this the only thing I ate all day, while my sister had her normal routine, we began feeling a roar of chills, diahrrea, vomiting, body ache, blurred vision, a heat flashes. I know for a fact it was this location because I had not eaten anything else yesterday and my body expelled this and stoma the acid. This is unbelievable. My entire family and all my neighbors know about this since we are a close community and I will never eat there again. I was scared for my sister because she is a petite girl and she is only 17, and she was expelling so much from her little body and I will persue a lawsuit with a district attorney here | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Chills, Body Ache, Blurry vision
