I ordered a footlong turkey with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, onions, bell pepper, cucumber, banana pepper, ranch dressing sandwich on 3/9 @ lunch time. I felt very bloated, stomach pain had chills and did not eat dinner. All night I experienced cramping and chills. I woke up feeling very sick, with chills with a bad headache in the morning. Once I attempted to eat mid morning I became lethargic and then began running fever. I have kept a fever and am having bad cramping and bad diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloating
