- comments: observed 30 live small flies on walls outside of walk in cooler. Instructed manager must remove all small fly activity by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Advised to call pest control operator for service.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed grease and food debris underneath cooking equipment in rear prep area. Also observed dirty floors with food debris/spills throughout kitchen preparation area. Instructed manager to detail clean floor, sanitize and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed accumulated grease/food build up on ventilation hoods/filters. Must clean both ventilation hoods/all hood filters.
