Inspectors found several food safety and sanitation issues during the inspection. A significant food safety violation was noted for pest activity: more than 50 rat droppings were found on shelves under the front counter, on pallets, inside containers, and on floors along walls and corners in rear prep and storage areas. A citation was issued for this violation.

Other findings included fly strips hanging above uncovered breading, soiled wiping cloths left on prep tables, cleanable storage problems such as raw wood shelving and crates used as shelving, and multi-use equipment stored in a utility sink. Inspectors also observed grease, food debris, and dust buildup on cooking equipment, coolers, freezers, shelving, and floors, along with unused items stored in prep and storage areas that could attract pests. Bulk food containers were not labeled, and the certified manager's allergen training had expired.
