Inspectors found significant food safety violations related to required food safety oversight. There was no person in charge with a valid Chicago food sanitation certificate, and no certified Chicago food sanitation manager was on site or certificate posted while time- and temperature-controlled foods were being prepared and served. Citations were issued for these violations.

Inspectors also found that the faucet at the three-compartment dishwashing sink did not reach all compartments, and a citation was issued. Additional issues included a non-working ventilation fan in the washroom and missing food handler training records for employees.
