- comments: found no hand washing signage at any handwashing sinks located in meat prep area. Handwashing signage must be posted at all handwashing sinks at all times.

- comments: found an excessive amount of black mold like substance located on the food contact surface of the ice machine(top interior, behind white panel). Instructed manager to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: found built in stopper located in 3 compartment sink broken. Sanitizer basin unable to hold water. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
