- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand washing sinks. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of coolers, freezers, sinks, shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed water backing up in compartments of 3-compartment sink and slowly draining. Instructed manager to repair. Priority 7-38-030(c) citation issued
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2537850 on 11-5-21:51-observed the sink in the washroom not properly working(timer). Instructed the manager that the hand sink must stay on for at least 15 seconds for proper hand washing. 55-observed the ceiling tiles through premises missing and or damaged. Must replace and maintain. 58-instructed manager that city certified manager must have allergen training. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
