- comments: sanitizer buckets with proper concentration are being used however to many towels in sanitizer to fully submerge the entire towel. Instructed to reduce towel limit or enlarge sanitizer bucket. Correct and maintain.

- comments: new cutting board needed at front bar area. Instructed to maintain free from deep cuts.
