10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed improper minimum water temperature of 84. 6f at handwashing sink in westside first floor unisex washroom and 82. 4f at rightside handwashing sink in second floor employee locker room. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed bulk containers of sugar, panko and rice on second floor in prep area not labeled with common name of food. Instructed when food is not in original container it shall be labeled with the common name of food.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed no splash guards on left and right sides of handwashing sink in first floor bar area. Instructed to install splash guards on left and right sides of handwshing sink in first floor bar area to prevent contamination.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed large ice machine in second floor prep area with a buildup of a pink and black moldlike substance inside bin on upper interior component. Instructed manager to detail clean upper interior component of large ice machine bin in second floor prep area and maintain in good condition to prevent contamination of ice.
