- comments: observed dishwashing facilities not maintained. No paper towels provided at handwashing sinks located at prep, dishwashing room and in washroom. Instructed to provide at all times. Pic provided paper towels during inspection-cos. Priority foundation violation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: premises outside garbage area not maintained, observed open overflowing dumpster filled with trash. Lid missing on one dumpster. Instructed to maintain. Must replace lid. Priority foundation violation issued 7-38-020(b).
