- comments: observed no dish detergent on the truck to wash dishes. Management instructed to provide at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed no thermometer inside of the 4-drawer prep cooler. Management instructed to provide.

- comments: observed no drain board or rack-to-dry utensils that have been washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Management instructed to provide.

- comments: observed duct tape on the inside wall of the prep area and chipped paint on the edge of the ceiling/wall. Management instructed to remove duct tape and scrape the peeling paint to provide smooth and clean surfaces in the food prep area.
