- comments: observed rust accumulation on bottom storage shelf of food prep table. Instructed manger to repaint or replace shelving.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate waste water disposal at 3 compartment sink. When water is drained from 3 compartment sink, water backs up from floor drain underneath air gap and back onto floor. Instructed manager to service floor drain. Manager cleaned basement grease trap and restored adequate waste water disposal before conclusion of inspection. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
