I ordered one item, avocado chicken stacker, which has lettuce, tomato, chicken cheese, and sauce, in a folded tortilla. Another Taco Bell told me their lettuce had been recalled, but I noticed this one came with the lettuce. I became very sick, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea lots of gurgling going on in my abdomen for the last 24 hours, no appetite.
