- comments: observed no chemical test strips on the premsies for the type of sanitizer that is being used to sanitize dishes and utensils at the 3 compartment sink. Management instructed to provide the correct chemical test strips. Priority foundation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: clean the wall next to the steamer unit. Clean the floor beneath the steamer unit.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the mechanical ventilation in the men's washroom not operational. Management instructed to repair and maintain adequate ventilation at all times.
