- comments: thermometers are not provided in the walk-in cooler. Cold/hot holding equipment used for time/temperature control for safety shall have at least one thermometer in an easily viewed location.

- comments: boxes of food were found stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. All food items must be at least 6 inches above the floor.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: cutting boards are severely scratched, which prevents proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment found in preparation. The facility must resurface the board or replace the cutting board.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed ice residue accumulating under walk-in freezer air/vent. The facility must remove ice, clean, and maintain.
