- comments: boxes of food were found stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. All food items must be at least 6 inches above the floor.

- comments: cutting boards are severely scratched, which prevents proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment found in preparation. The facility must resurface the board or replace the cutting board.
