Observed various front and rear prep coolers with no ambient air thermometers; observed no service sink in facility; observed no covered receptacle inside all gender toilet room; observed food debris on floor around equipment throughout kitchen; observed certified food manager on site with no food allergen training. Instructed manager to address all previous core violations. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
