- comments: observed improper storage of toxic substances in the basement. Observed multiple rat poison blocks stored on the floor of the basement. Management instructed that all rodent poison must be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Priority violation 7-38-015. Citation issued.

- comments: observed approx. 100 rat droppings on the floor and perimeter ledges in the basement and under equipment in the corner of the basement. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: must install a splashguard between the exposed hand washing sink and the 3-compartment sink in the dish washing area.

- comments: observed the 3-compartment sink leaking at the drain line beneath the sink. Management instructed to repair the source of the leak.
