Inspectors found a significant food safety violation involving pest activity. They observed more than 60 rat droppings in multiple areas, more than 30 mouse droppings near the front counter and basement stairs, live roach activity in the rear prep area, and dead roaches on floors and equipment. A citation was issued for the significant violation. Inspectors also noted gaps at exterior doors that could allow pests to enter.

Other findings included unlabeled bulk food containers, soiled wiping cloths left on sinks and prep tables, bowls being used as food scoops, and single-use items stored in a way that did not protect them from contamination. Inspectors also found damaged cooler door gaskets, food debris and spills on equipment and shelving, clutter and dirty dishes in the dishwashing area, openings in walls and ceilings, and water leaking from the ceiling in the prep area.
