- comments: observed no covered receptacle in unisex staff washroom. Instructed manager to provide covered receptacle in all women and unisex washrooms.

- comments: observed spills and debris on floors inside walk-in coolers, prep, storage and basement areas. Instructed manager to clean floors in all areas.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2626474 on 11-4-25: 49- must clean and dry storage shelving to remove spills and debris in the prep and basement storage area. 51-observed the base of the faucet at the 2 comp sink in the front prep area loose, with a leak. Must repair and maintain. 53-instructed manager to provide a small garbage can with a lid in the women's washroom as required. 55- must detail clean the interior of the walk-in coolers (walls, ceiling, floor and fan cover) to remove spills and debris. Also clean the floors throughout to remove spills, debris and/or grease. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
