- comments: observed black dirt/pink slime build up inside ice machine dripping into ice, ice used for human consumption. Instructed manager must clean interior of ice machine and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-005. All ice inside ice machine voluntarily discarded.

- comments: observed torn/missing door rubber gaskets inside 4-door reach in cooler. Must repair/replace damaged door gaskets inside said cooler.

- comments: observed food debris build up inside 1st floor prep area coolers/coolers door hindges and accumulated grease/food debris on ventilation hood. Must clean interior of prep area coolers and ventilation hood.
