- comments: observed no convenient and accessible handwashing sink for warewashing area consisting of 3 compartment sink and low temperature dish machine and dispensing area with a large steam table used to plate and dispense hot food. Must install a handwashing sink with hot and cold running water soap and paper towels convenient and accessible for both areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030 (c) no citation issued.
