- comments: observed no written employee health policy on site. Instructed facility to establish an appropriate employee health policy and maintain with verifiable signed copies on site for all food employees in acknowledgment of reporting agreement. Priority foundation violation #7-38-010.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wet wiping cloths on several prep surface areas. Instructed to properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution between uses to prevent contamination of equipment & food. Must maintain.

- comments: observed the toilet room in need of cleaning. Instructed to detail clean and maintain at all times.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle for proper disposal of sanitary napkins in employee toilet room. Instructed to provide covered waste receptacle.

- comments: observed loose debris, dirt and dust buildup on the floors and corners throughout the facility. Instructed to detail clean and increase cleaning frequency of floors. Must maintain at all times.

- comments: observed mop in a position that does not allow to dry properly and prevent pest harborage. Must store mop after use in a mounted position that allows for air-drying without soiling and pest harboraging.

- comments: noted continued non compliance from report #2369627 on 4/22/20. Previous core violations not corrected: (#10) 6-301. 14: instructed to provide handwashing signs for all hand sinks. (#56) 6-501. 14: observed the vents in the hooded system in need of cleaning; clean vents in hooded system above grill. Must correct core violations by the date on the report. Priority foundation violation #7-42-090.
