Management instructed to date mark all tcs foods with the expiration date not to exceed 7 days with the prep date being used as day 1 and discard any foods which are not used before the expiration date. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no irreversible registering temperature indicator on the premises to measure the utensil surface temperature inside of the high temperature dish machine. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: the previous inspection summary report from 2024 was not posted in the establishment in the public view. A summary report was posted from 2023 in the front doorway.
