Salmonella from Steak Medallions - Texas Roadhouse, Johnston Iowa

I ate the steak medallions with rice and steamed vegetables on 8/27/22. within 6 hours i was in full body chills with diarrhea so severe by 8/29 i was in the hospital with severe dehydration. I was sick for 10 days and it turned out to be salmonella. This was confirmed by a medical laboratory | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dehydration, Chills
