I got a lemon cake and an iced malted mocha on Dec 20th 4 PM and I got a severe diarrhea and was constantly vomiting the entire night. I vomited 4 times and had watery bowels 3 times. My stomach ached all night and I got cramps as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I ate the steak medallions with rice and steamed vegetables on 8/27/22. within 6 hours i was in full body chills with diarrhea so severe by 8/29 i was in the hospital with severe dehydration.
