Date Closed: September 16, 2023CLOSURE: Observed the following German cockroach activity: - 1 live nymph running on floor behind back bar. Killed at the time of inspection. - 1 live nymph running on floor below ice machine. Killed at the time of inspection. - 1 dying nymph on floor below cold top reach-in coolers. Killed at the time of inspection. - about 10 dead adult and nymphs on floor in bar. - sevaeral dead roaches in catch pan below dish machine. - 3 dead adults in grease under/behind cooking equipment. - a couple dead nymphs in missing grout at bar entrance, from dining room. Due to evidence of a vermin infestation, facility is to remain closed. No food sales or preparation is permitted until facility is reinspected and approved to open by the Environmental Management Department (EMD). In order to reopen: - Provide aggressive professional pest control to eliminate vermin infestation using approved pest control methods. - Clean and sanitize all food contact and food preparation areas.
