- comments: observed ground beef improperly thawing in standing water in 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to properly thaw beef under cold running water, refrigeration or part of cooking process.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to elevate all food item six inches off floor to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed single service articles not inverted in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to invert all single service utensils, containers, cups, and lids to protect from contamination.
