- comments: observed hand drying provisions and soap dispencer located over the prep sink. Instructed to remove as a way of making sure it is not being used as a hand washing station.

- comments: observed a leak under the hand washing sink at the drain pipe. Instructed to repair and maintain in good working order.

- comments: observed the floor under the cooking equipment and the area under the three compartment sink and grease trap area in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.
