Inspectors found maintenance and cleanliness issues during the inspection. A small opening at the bottom of the rear door could allow pests to enter, and floors under and around cooking equipment and the three-compartment sink had spills, debris, or grease buildup. Inspectors also noted grease and debris on the ventilation filters above the cooking equipment and on the exterior of the grease trap.
