- comments: observed all of the exposed handwashing sinks in the food prep areas without the required handwashing signage. Instructed to provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a broken-down cardboard box on the floor near the deep-frying area under the non-slip mat. Instructed to remove the broken-down cardboard box to eliminate potential harborage places for pest.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed no allergen training certificate on site for the certified food manager on duty. Instructed that all certified food managers must take the allergen training course and maintain records on site at all times.
