- comments: observed ice scoops stored inside ice bin in front bar area. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.

- comments: all stored items throughout rear food storage area must be elevated from the floor.

- comments: observed leaking faucet base at the 3-compartment sink. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed dust build up inside light shields covers above prep area and front sitting area. Must clean and maintain.
