- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2370119 on 5/5/20 not corrected: 38 - observed over 100 mouse droppings on the floor of the basement storage areas and under and between the aisles and refrigeration equipment in the retail display area of the store. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is required to eliminate the pest activity. Priority 7-42-090. No citation issued.
