- comments: observed approximately 14 open rodent traps in dry storage areas e-113, e-114, e-115. Instructed to remove all open rodent bait stations and informed manager that rodent bait shall be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Priority violation 7-38-015, citation issued

- comments: observed slight brown build up on the interior panel above the ice inside of the ice machine. Instructed to clean, sanitize, and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected from 07/24/2025, report 2621205 36: must provide and maintain thermometer inside coolers. 38: observed multiple doors in poor repair, not sealed at the bottom and in between. Must repair and/or replace weather stripping to prevent possible pest entry points. 55: floors need cleaning in the dishwashing room along the wall base and in corners. Also, in the prep area along the wall base and in the walk-in cooler across from the ice machine. Must remove spills and debris. Priority foundation 7-42-090, citation issued
